Gail Ann O'Grady is an American actor and producer who has worked in the television industry from the age of 58. She is best known for her role as Donna Abandando on the ABC drama NYPD Blue, and Helen Pryor in her role on the NBC drama American Dreams. O'Grady is also the lead in several TV films. She has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award three times. She has been married six times. She applied for an order of protection in 1995 after she broke up in a relationship Robert Claypool, an artist. Gail has claimed he was stalking her but she did not get one.
